POSCO Engineering & Construction's 'The Sharp Park Soleil Yu,' a reconstruction project of 'Dunchon-dong Samik Villa' in Dunchon-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, has successfully completed the special supply subscription, raising expectations for the first-priority subscription.
The number of units supplied by special supply housing type is △42㎡ type 2 units, △52㎡ type 9 units, △53㎡ type 8 units, △59㎡A type 1 unit, totaling 20 units. According to the Korea Real Estate Board's subscription home, a total of 587 people applied, recording an average competition rate of 29.35 to 1, successfully completing the special supply application.
This is considered a significant achievement compared to the recent trend in the sales market, where subscription shortages have been occurring due to interest rate hikes and the solidification of the perception of housing price peaks.

The complex will conduct first-priority subscription for the relevant area on the 15th, first-priority subscription for other areas on the 16th, and second-priority subscription on the 17th. Among them, 73 units, including 20 special supply units, will be sold to the general public. The expected move-in date for The Sharp Park Soleil Yu is June 2023, making it a post-sale complex with quick move-in availability. Construction has already started before the full-scale subscription began, allowing subscriptions ahead of move-in.
