Hanwha Investment & Securities Successfully Completes Customized 'Employment Mentoring' for Specialized High School Students

[Asia Economy Reporter Minji Lee] Hanwha Investment & Securities announced on the 14th that it successfully completed the ‘Together Plus Employment Mentoring’ program held over the 9th and 10th.


‘Together Plus’ is a talent donation social contribution activity by employees for specialized high school students, which has been ongoing annually since 2018.


In the first half of this year, the program helped specialized high school students understand finance through ‘Financial Mentoring,’ and in the second half, it provided job-specific lectures and mock interviews for students preparing for employment through ‘Employment Mentoring.’


About 110 students from seven schools?Gyeongju Information High School, Gyeonghwa Girls’ English Business High School, Mokpo Girls’ Commercial High School, Samil Commercial High School, Seoul Girls’ Commercial High School, Ansan International Business High School, and Jinyeong Jeil High School?participated online in this employment mentoring.


Kim Nahyun, a second-year student at Seoul Girls’ Commercial High School, said, “As I am preparing for employment, this mentoring was a great help,” adding, “From the self-introduction letter to the mock interview, the detailed feedback and advice gave me confidence in my job preparation.”


Hanwha Investment & Securities plans to continue supporting youth preparing for employment in collaboration with JA Korea, a youth education specialized social contribution organization.


Shin Choongseop, Executive Director of the Management Support Office at Hanwha Investment & Securities, stated, “‘Together Plus’ is a flagship social contribution activity of Hanwha Investment & Securities with very high satisfaction from schools and students,” and added, “We will continue to provide active support so that more students can participate.”
