Classys Q3 Sales Reach 33.3 Billion KRW, Up 36% Year-on-Year

Strong Sales of Shrink Universe and Consumables

[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Gwan-joo] Clasis, a skin beauty medical device company, announced on the 9th that its consolidated sales for the third quarter of this year reached 33.3 billion KRW, a 36% increase compared to the same period last year. Operating profit was tentatively estimated at 17.5 billion KRW, a 31% growth.

By brand, sales of the beauty medical device brand Clasis increased by 45% year-on-year to 15.5 billion KRW. While strong demand for Shurink Universe (Ultraformer MPT) continues steadily in the domestic market, the start of overseas sales has driven export sales growth. Consumables sales reached 15.3 billion KRW, achieving strong performance with a 28% increase from the previous quarter and a 33% increase year-on-year.

The company stated, "Domestic demand for Shurink Universe has remained stable, and in Brazil, initial orders exceeded 50 units in September alone, showing high interest." They added, "In addition to Brazil, sales are steadily growing in various overseas markets such as Japan, Thailand, and Australia, and we plan to focus on growing the Clasis brand both domestically and internationally."

Meanwhile, Clasis began domestic sales of Volnumer from the fourth quarter of this year and is working to expand overseas sales of Shurink Universe. A company official said, "Along with the strategy to popularize the two core products, Shurink Universe and Volnumer, in the global market, we will strive to enter large markets such as the United States and China to leap forward as the 'global number one' beauty medical device company." He added, "Although there may be fluctuations in profit margins depending on future new product sales and marketing activities, our goal is to sustain growth with both high growth and profitability."
