[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] iHerb announced on the 9th that it has launched 'CGN Apple Cider Vinegar,' a product that allows convenient consumption of apple mother vinegar in capsule form. This product is a new release from iHerb's private brand (PB), 'California Gold Nutrition (CGN).'

CGN Apple Cider Vinegar is a supplement made from organic apple mother vinegar powder. Apple mother vinegar is a naturally fermented vinegar that undergoes two fermentation processes, and unlike regular apple vinegar, it contains the unique film-like substance called the mother, which is produced during fermentation and is not filtered out. The mother contains probiotics that help create a healthy gut environment, and iHerb explains that consuming apple cider vinegar with the mother intact can help maintain digestive health and immunity.

Additionally, apple cider vinegar is known to help manage overall body health. CGN Apple Cider Vinegar, made in capsule form, has less of the sharp sour taste compared to liquid vinegar, reducing the burden of its pungency.
