LG Electronics Donates 150 Units of Plant Lifestyle Appliance 'Tiiun Mini' to Hospitals

[Asia Economy Reporter Sunmi Park] LG Electronics announced on the 9th that it will donate its plant lifestyle appliance, ‘LG Tiun Mini,’ to hospitals to support patients' healthy lives.

A total of 150 LG Tiun Mini units will be donated to three hospitals: Busan Kosin University Gospel Hospital, Suwon Ajou University Hospital, and Seoul Ewha Womans University Seoul Hospital. Each hospital will give the product as a get-well gift to pediatric patients about to be discharged, critically ill patients, or place it in patient rooms to provide psychological comfort. The purpose is to deliver messages of hope to patients using the Tiun Mini.

LG Tiun, which celebrated its first anniversary since its debut in October last year, is a plant lifestyle appliance that allows anyone to easily grow companion plants indoors. By installing the seed kit, adding water and nutrients, and turning on the LED light, plants can be grown conveniently. In particular, the seed kit does not use soil, so there is no worry about soil dust, and there is a wide variety of plants that can be cultivated, including flowers, herbs, and vegetables.

The LG Tiun Mini is a smaller and more affordable product designed to help customers easily start plant lifestyle activities. It is small and light enough to be placed on a bedside table, office desk, or dining table. The LED can also be used as mood lighting.
