[Asia Economy Reporter Minji Lee] Studio Dragon announced on the 8th that it has decided to conduct a third-party allotment of a quasi-capital increase worth 2,999.9 million KRW to raise operating funds. The issue price of the new shares is 67,700 KRW, and the third-party allotment recipient is Park Min-yeop, CEO of the subsidiary Gil Pictures.
