GS Construction opened the model house for ‘Asan Xi Grand Park’ on the 4th, and visitors have been continuously coming every day.
According to a sales official of Asan Xi Grand Park, from early morning on the opening day, there has been an unending line of prospective buyers waiting to enter. Visitors can view the units, which allow detailed checking of the product design, after waiting in a long queue, and the consultation booths, where prospective applicants can obtain more detailed information, are fully occupied. Industry insiders agree that the atmosphere of the model house alone predicts the success of the subscription for this complex.
In particular, booths where visitors can directly experience the unique community programs of Asan Xi Grand Park are gaining popularity. The cafeteria, which seems to have brought the ‘OCS (Open Coffee Station)’ established in Asan Xi Grand Park, offers visitors a chance to enjoy coffee and relax in a corner of the model house. Children who came with their parents showed interest in the YBM English Library booth and the Kyobo Bookstore Curation Library booth. Some children showed interest in English books and experienced the ‘YBM Reading Farm’ program, while many others focused on reading books selected by Kyobo Bookstore, making the library feel lively.
The media art installed at the entrance of the third-floor unit drew exclamations from visitors. To allow visitors to feel the pleasant park environment of the complex, which will be built along with the planned Yonghwa Sports Park, the entire wall was decorated with greenery of forests and trees.
A visitor to the model house said, “As I am raising a child, I wanted to live in a place with a pleasant residential environment, so I had high expectations when I heard that a complex with a large park was being sold,” adding, “After visiting with my child and experiencing various community programs, it seems suitable for education as well, so I plan to apply for the subscription.”
A sales official stated, “Asan Xi Grand Park is a large branded apartment complex built through Asan City’s first private park special project, which attracted local residents’ attention even before the sale, so we paid close attention to the creation of the model house,” adding, “We are receiving positive responses from visitors not only about the floor plans but also about the style-up paid options and the Syscline ventilation system, so the subscription enthusiasm is expected to be high.”
Meanwhile, Asan Xi Grand Park will be developed in Yonghwa-dong, Asan-si, Chungnam Province, with a total of two complexes and 1,588 households. ▲ Complex 1 consists of 739 households with exclusive areas ranging from 74 to 149㎡ ▲ Complex 2 consists of 849 households with exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 149㎡.
The subscription schedule starts with special supply on November 8, followed by first priority on the 9th and second priority on the 10th. Since the announcement dates for winners differ?November 16 for Complex 1 and November 17 for Complex 2?simultaneous subscription for both complexes is possible. The official contract period will be held for three days from the 29th to December 1 for both complexes.
