According to Real Today, a real estate research firm, in the second week of November, a total of 12,880 units (including rental units, excluding Happy Housing) will accept subscription applications at 20 locations nationwide. 10,641 units are concentrated in the provinces, while 2,239 units will be available for subscription in the metropolitan area.
In the provinces, on the 8th, Hanwha Construction Division will accept first-priority subscription applications for 'Forena Daejeon Hakha' being built in Hakha-dong, Yuseong-gu, Daejeon. The complex consists of 21 buildings from basement level 2 to 34 floors above ground, with exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 84㎡, two complexes, totaling 1,754 units (1,029 units in Complex 1, 725 units in Complex 2). Among these, 872 units excluding rentals (Complex 1, single exclusive area of 84㎡) are available for sale this time.
On the same day, HDC Hyundai Development Company will accept first-priority subscription applications for 'Nonsan I-Park' being built in Daegyo-dong, Nonsan-si, Chungnam. The complex consists of 7 buildings from basement level 2 to 24 floors above ground, with exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 158㎡, totaling 453 units. In addition, Daegu Nam-gu's 'Daemyeong Xi Grand City (1,501 units)' and Gangwon Goseong-gun Toseong-myeon 'Ayajin La Mer Desiang (811 units)' will also be offered for sale.
In the metropolitan area, among 6 locations, only Paju-si will have subscription applications at 3 sites. On the 7th, 'Paju Yeonpung Yangwoo Naeanae Ecoheim' being built in Paju-eup, Paju-si, will offer only 5 units for general sale out of a total of 475 units. 'Hoban Summit West Park (518 units)' in Dongpae-dong, Paju-si, Gyeonggi-do, and 'Paju Unjeong City Pradium (275 units)' will be offered for general sale on the 8th.
Winner announcements will be made at 16 locations, and official contracts will be conducted at 10 locations.
