Hanshin Gongyeong Announces Winners Today (1st) for Publicly Supported Private Rental 'Geomdan Hanshin The Hue Urban Park'!

Hanshin Engineering & Construction is announcing the winners today (November 1) for the public-supported private rental apartment complex ‘Geomdan Hanshin The Hue Urban Park’ in Geomdan New Town, Incheon. In the earlier subscription process, all units were fully subscribed with a maximum competition rate of 7.78 to 1.


According to the Korea Real Estate Board’s Subscription Home, ‘Geomdan Hanshin The Hue Urban Park’ received a total of 3,213 applications for 642 units (excluding youth share-type) during the special and general supply subscription, achieving an average competition rate of 5 to 1 and successfully closing subscriptions for all units. In particular, the 84㎡D type recorded the highest competition rate of 7.78 to 1, with 1,074 applications for 138 units. The upcoming supply schedule includes document submission from November 3 to 10, followed by a 5-day official contract period from November 11 to 15.


‘Geomdan Hanshin The Hue Urban Park’ is located in Dangha-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, consisting of 8 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, with a total of 910 units of 74㎡ and 84㎡. It is a representative complex that allows residents to easily access the fully developed infrastructure of Incheon Geomdan New Town, including transportation, education, and nature.


As a public-supported private rental apartment, ‘Geomdan Hanshin The Hue Urban Park’ limits rent increases to about 5% every two years during the lease period, ensuring high residential stability. There are no tax burdens related to acquisition and ownership, such as acquisition tax and property tax, and non-homeowner households can also receive year-end tax deduction benefits.


The location is excellent. Once the new extension station of Incheon Line 1 (Station 101, scheduled for 2024) opens, residents can reach business districts such as Seoul Station and Incheon International Airport within 30 minutes via transfers. It is also close to the Metropolitan Area 1st Ring Expressway and Incheon International Airport Expressway. Additionally, transportation network improvements are underway, including the Wondang-Taeri arterial road (scheduled for 2024), Geomdan-Gyeongmyeong-ro road (planned), and the GTX-D line. All school districts are located nearby, including Haedeun Elementary School right in front of the complex, Ara Dream Kindergarten, Ara Middle School, Arago, and the planned Geomdan 1 and 3 Elementary Schools. The large-scale complex mall ‘Next Complex’ (planned) and the central commercial district are also close. Furthermore, nature-friendly spaces such as Ara Central Park and Gyeyangcheon Riverside Park are spread around.


‘Geomdan Hanshin The Hue Urban Park’ is currently operating a promotional center, with move-in scheduled for March 2023.
