- Terrace, guesthouse, expandable parking space, and individual ventilation system per household with specialized design attract attention
- 'Nonsan I-Park' extends warranty period for structural safety defects such as framework up to 30 years, tripled
‘Nonsan I-Park,’ a first-tier brand apartment attracting attention, opened its model house on the 28th, featuring luxury designs that enhance resident convenience.
The complex plans to establish itself as a landmark representing Nonsan city through innovative designs that incorporate various expertise, further elevating the residential quality for its residents.
‘Nonsan I-Park’ is being constructed in Daegyo-dong, Nonsan-si, Chungnam, consisting of 7 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 24 above-ground floors, with a total of 453 units sized between 84 and 158㎡. Notably, it introduces Nonsan’s first single-floor terrace-type penthouses, offering differentiated competitiveness starting from the floor plan. The terraces have versatile uses such as home cafes, small gardens, galleries, and mini golf practice areas, making them highly preferred by buyers but scarce in supply, thus holding great rarity value.
All units are primarily south-facing to maximize natural light and ventilation, offering popular 4Bay “plate-type” layouts and two-sided open “tower-type” layouts. Additionally, ample storage spaces such as dressing rooms, pantries, and multipurpose rooms (excluding some units) are provided. Two guest houses are also included, which can be used as accommodations for visiting guests or as venues for home parties and family events on special occasions.
Expanded parking spaces covering about 40% of the area have been allocated, exceeding the legal requirement of 30% by more than 10%. With 1.37 parking spaces per household, it plans to offer the largest parking capacity in the region per household. Furthermore, various systems will be introduced, including individual ventilation systems for each unit, low-noise drainage pipes, individual water purifiers per unit, and smart LED mood lighting systems throughout all units.
Moreover, ‘Nonsan I-Park’ has extended the warranty period for structural safety defects such as the framework to a maximum of 30 years, tripling the legal standard of up to 10 years.
In addition to its luxury design, the complex boasts a prime location, drawing strong interest from local residents. Situated in Daegyo-dong, the original downtown area of Nonsan city, within a densely populated apartment residential complex, residents can immediately access a variety of established living infrastructures upon moving in. Within walking distance are Hwaji Central Market and the main commercial district, providing convenient access to shopping, hospitals, financial institutions, and other amenities.
Within a 1 km radius of the complex are public kindergartens such as Nolmoe Kindergarten, Dongsung Elementary School, and Banwol Elementary School. Nearby are Nonsan Middle School, Saint Paul Girls’ Middle and High School, and Nonsan Technical High School. The Nonsancheon Riverside Park is also close by, offering ample opportunities for walking and leisure activities. Additionally, neighborhood parks such as Nonsan Bridge Children’s Park and Nonsan No. 2 Children’s Park are nearby.
A 5-minute walk leads to KTX Nonsan Station and city bus stops, with Nonsan Intercity Bus Terminal and Express Bus Terminal also located nearby, making public transportation convenient. The complex is well connected to the metropolitan transportation network, with easy access to the Nonsan-Cheonan Expressway, Seononsan IC, and National Routes 4 and 23, facilitating convenient travel to other regions.
According to the announcement of the ‘4th National Railroad Network Construction Plan’ in June last year, KTX Nonsan Station will benefit from two newly selected railway projects: the 3rd phase of the Chungcheong Metropolitan Railroad (Gang-gyeong to Gyeryong) and the general railway high-speed project (Honam Line Gasuwon to Nonsan). These projects are expected to improve metropolitan accessibility to cities such as Daejeon and Cheongju Airport. The general railway high-speed project passed the preliminary feasibility study on August 24, accelerating the project’s progress.
Meanwhile, the sales schedule for ‘Nonsan I-Park’ begins with special supply on November 7 (Monday), followed by first-priority applications on the 8th (Tuesday), and second-priority applications on the 9th (Wednesday).
