Topics discussed included co-growth with partners, ESG management, and safety and health management policies for preventing major accidents.
Bando Construction exchanged opinions with partner representatives on issues affecting the construction industry such as rising raw material prices, high exchange rates, and safety accidents. Discussions also covered ▲co-growth with partners and ESG management ▲quality control and sharing of major defect cases ▲prevention of major accidents and safety incidents ▲partner evaluation and preferential treatment ▲business plans for 2023.
In particular, the company introduced the 'Partner Co-Growth Program,' promoted as part of its ESG management efforts, and encouraged partner participation.
Lee Jeong-ryeol, Head of the Construction Division at Bando Construction, stated, "We are conducting a co-growth program with partners through business agreements that support technology development and the application of eco-friendly advanced technologies on site." He added, "As the construction market is becoming somewhat challenging, we plan to actively communicate with our partners and seek mutual growth strategies to overcome the crisis together."
