Asan Nanum Foundation Successfully Concludes the 11th Jeong Ju-young Startup Competition
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Asan Nanum Foundation (Chairman Jang Seok-hwan) announced on the 28th that it has concluded the eight-month journey that began last March with the demo day of the '11th Chung Ju-yung Startup Competition.'
This competition officially started recruiting in March this year and selected 12 startup teams. The selected teams, who overcame a high competition rate of 73 to 1, went through a six-month business execution phase and took the stage at the demo day on the 27th.
LRHR, which won the grand prize in the corporate track, is a startup operating the luxury repair platform 'Paepiseu.' During the business execution period, they closely examined customer responses to enhance the service and successfully attracted investment, achieving significant growth. The corporate track excellence awards were given to Disquiet and Munis.
The grand prize in the preliminary track was awarded to Plumd, which develops and operates a 3D avatar rendering solution based on AI motion sequences. Excellence awards were given to Albam and Ecotect.
All award-winning teams can utilize various benefits provided by Asan Nanum Foundation, including global expansion and promotional marketing support, expert matching programs offered to tenants of the startup support center Maru, and recommendations to venture capital investors.
