High-End Education Complex 'Hyuon Adelib The Terrace' Near Jeju English Education City Approaching Final Sales of Remaining Units

Amid growing difficulties due to rising construction costs driven by increased raw material prices, the once-booming housing market nationwide has frozen solid this year. However, demand for residential facilities near Jeju International School continues to steadily rise as the school's popularity and the number of applicants on waiting lists increase.

Among these, the remaining units of 'Huon Adelib The Terrace,' currently being sold by Huon Investment, are rapidly being sold out.

Huon Adelib The Terrace is a high-end complex located just a 3-minute walk from Jeju English Education City, which has emerged as the center of global education in South Korea. Jeju English Education City is an education-specialized city developed on approximately 3.79 million square meters in Daejeong-eup, Seogwipo-si, Jeju Island, featuring international schools, residential and commercial facilities, and support infrastructure. Currently, four international schools have opened in Jeju English Education City: St. John's Beria Academy Jeju (SJA), North London Collegiate School Jeju (NLCS), Branksome Hall Asia (BHA), and Korea International School Jeju Campus (KIS). The enrollment and waiting rates for these international schools have reached record highs.

According to data from the Jeju Free International City Development Center (JDC) and Jeju international schools, the number of applicants on waiting lists for Jeju international schools totals 456: 143 for North London Collegiate School Jeju (NLCS), 96 for Branksome Hall Asia (BHA), 90 for Korea International School Jeju Campus (KIS), and 127 for St. John's Beria Academy Jeju (SJA).

With elementary and middle school enrollment rates at 100% across the English schools and around 100 applicants waiting at each school within the English Education City, Korea International School (KIS) is currently negotiating with the education office regarding facility expansion. Meanwhile, other international schools, Branksome Hall Asia (BHA) and North London Collegiate School (NLCS), have submitted applications requesting increases in their enrollment capacities by 350 and 304 students, respectively.

Additionally, last year, two memorandums of understanding (MOUs) were signed with renowned international schools from Europe and the United States, and this month, a third MOU was confirmed to attract another international school. Furthermore, with the expansion of existing schools within the English Education City and the installation of the KAIST Global Convergence Center, demand for housing near international schools is expected to increase even more.

In this way, Jeju Island is gaining more attention as a premium educational city due to efforts to increase enrollment capacities at Jeju international schools. The number of families relocating to Jeju for their children's English education or overseas study is rising, and a premium residential town is forming near the English Education City in Daejeong-eup, Seogwipo-si.

Located just 300 meters (a 3-minute walk) from Jeju International School in English Education City, Huon Adelib The Terrace is developing a high-end complex that stands out among premium residential towns. Inside the complex, various community facilities are provided to reflect residents' convenience and unique needs, including a large-scale fitness center, GX room, screen golf course, sunken garden and community lounge for relaxation, as well as a party room and a glass greenhouse-style study caf?.

Huon Adelib The Terrace also features distinctive design elements. It offers wide terraces incomparable to other complexes, noise prevention designs between floors, and options including Italian imported furniture and Miele appliances, generating high expectations among customers pursuing a high-end lifestyle. Additionally, the complex separates pedestrian and vehicle pathways, applies underground parking for all units, provides 1.72 parking spaces per household, and plans individual storage rooms at each unit entrance.

By car, Jeju Airport is about 40 minutes away, and the Jungmun Tourist Complex is approximately 20 minutes away, offering favorable transportation conditions. Moreover, residents can enjoy a pleasant natural environment anywhere around the complex, including Jeju Shinhwa History Park, Jeju Gotjawal Provincial Park, Hallasan Mountain, Hwangwooji Beach, and Sanbangsan Mountain. Nearby amenities such as Shinhwa World, O'Sulloc, the Space Museum, Shinsegae Outlet, and commercial facilities within the English Education City also provide convenient living.

A representative of Huon Adelib stated, “As the popularity of Jeju International School and the number of applicants on waiting lists increase, demand for residential facilities in the area is explosively rising. In particular, Huon Adelib is known as a complex recommended by contract holders to their acquaintances due to its large-scale community facilities and high-end living environment, resulting in steady inquiries from customers.”
