Gyeryong Construction to Supply 'Gapcheon2 Triple City Elif' in Yuseong-gu, Daejeon in November


[Asia Economy Reporter Noh Kyung-jo] Daejeon Urban Corporation and Gyeryong Construction Consortium are scheduled to supply 'Gapcheon2 Triple City Elif' next month in the Wonsinhung-dong area of Yuseong-gu, Daejeon.


The complex will consist of 15 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 20 above-ground floors, with a total of 936 households and exclusive areas of 84 to 122㎡.


Transportation conditions are favorable as Doandong-ro and the planned Wolpyeong-Doan connecting road are nearby, making it easy to access Yuseong IC and Honam Expressway branch by car. Once the Daejeon Urban Railway Line 2 tram station is established near the complex, transfers to Lines 1 and 2 will be possible directly via Yuseong Oncheon Station. Major infrastructures in Yuseong-gu and the Gapcheon district such as Homeplus, Megabox, NC Department Store, Galleria Department Store, and E-Mart Traders are conveniently accessible.


The educational environment is also favorable, with Wonsinhung Elementary School, Wonsinhung Middle School, Daejeon Physical Education Middle and High Schools, and Doan High School all within a 1 km radius, allowing for walking commutes. Additionally, the planned Doan Ecological Lake Park, Gapcheon River, Dosolsan Mountain, and Oknyobong Sports Park are nearby, offering a pleasant natural environment.


Specialized designs are applied as well. The complex is mainly oriented southward with a 4-bay structure (except for some types), which is advantageous for lighting and ventilation. Furthermore, it consists entirely of medium to large-sized units to maximize space utilization and secures a permanent view of Gapcheon. In addition, it provides ample parking space with about 2 parking spots per household, exceeding the legal standard.


A sales official stated, "Gapcheon2 Triple City Elif is the last large complex to be sold in the Gapcheon district of Yuseong-gu," adding, "As it is a mixed-sale complex applying both public and private sales simultaneously and will be supplied at a reasonable price, it is attracting interest not only in Daejeon but also in neighboring areas."
