[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Lotte Tour Development announced on the 20th that it will conduct reservations for the 'Luxury Breakfast DREAM' room promotion at Grand Hyatt Jeju within the Jeju Dream Tower Complex Resort for seven days until the 26th through its official website and online travel agencies (OTA).

This room promotion offers a luxury breakfast benefit worth 120,000 KRW (based on 2 people) presented by a world-class star chef. Breakfast is provided once per night per room to all reserved guests. Breakfast is available for up to 2 adults and 2 children (under 12 years old). The stay period is until January 31 of next year.

Breakfast can be chosen from five locations. These include the American Las Vegas-style buffet 'Grand Kitchen,' the premium buffet 'Cafe 8' presented by global star chef Mario, and the Korean cuisine 'Noknamu,' which features the refined flavors of a master chef with dishes such as sea urchin seaweed soup and dombe meat.

In particular, the 'Steak House,' where guests can enjoy a 3-course sky brunch on Jeju's highest floor, operates from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., allowing guests to leisurely enjoy it after checkout. Chef Burton Lee, who has served as executive chef at 'CUT Singapore' in Marina Bay Sands, Singapore, and 'SW Steak House' at Wynn Palace in Macau, presents the menu. The 38th-floor 'Pocha,' which offers hangover breakfast sets such as abalone dried pollack soup, crab roe rice, and seafood ramen with abalone, lobster, octopus, and shrimp, is also available as a choice.

Paul Kwok, General Manager of Grand Hyatt Jeju, said, "When booking this promotion, guests can enjoy panoramic views of the Jeju sea and city from the highest floor in Jeju at 'Lounge 38' or 'Steak House' until the end of the year, along with welcome snacks and welcome drinks worth 60,000 KRW."

The welcome snacks include popular items such as Dream mini burgers, bluefin tuna tartare, Boston lobster rolls, as well as desserts like mango mousse, chocolate mousse, crepe cake, and banana split ice cream, with a total of 27 menu options to choose from. The welcome drinks include 34 menu options such as Mo?t & Chandon champagne, Chardonnay white wine, Bellini, Jeju Wit Ale beer, wine, cocktails, coffee, and fruit juices.
