[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bo-kyung] RobotiZ, a company specializing in autonomous driving robots, announced on the 19th that it will participate in the world's largest robot open source conference and international academic conference held in Kyoto, Japan.

RobotiZ will introduce its core products and technologies at 'ROScon 2022,' a three-day event running until the 21st, and 'IROS,' held from the 24th to the 26th.

Now in its 11th year, 'ROScon' is the world's largest robot open source conference, providing learning and global networking opportunities for developers and related professionals of the Robot Operating System (ROS) worldwide.

The international robotics academic conference IROS is a gathering place for robotics professionals around the world to share ideas. Celebrating its 35th anniversary this year, the theme is 'Artificial Intelligence (AI) Implemented for Symbiotic Society.'

At both events, RobotiZ will showcase its flagship products: the smart actuator 'DYNAMIXEL' and the 'DYNAMIXEL Drive (DYD),' a reducer developed purely with domestic technology applying cycloidal gear teeth. The research autonomous driving robot 'TurtleBot3' will also be introduced. RobotiZ's DYNAMIXEL is used in various fields including its indoor and outdoor autonomous driving robots 'Jipgaemi' and 'Ilgaemi,' delivery robots, space launch vehicles, and medical equipment.

Kim Byung-soo, CEO of RobotiZ, said, "We will introduce RobotiZ's diverse activities with the best domestic technology on site and strengthen our global network. Based on our proprietary technology and product capabilities, we will expand global orders and exports while continuing technology development and research as a company specializing in autonomous driving robots."
