Expansion of New and Resumed Flight Routes
[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] Jin Air announced on the 19th that it will accelerate the normalization of international flights by expanding new and resumed routes for the winter peak season.
Jin Air will launch a new route to Nha Trang, known as the Naples of Vietnam, on December 1st. The Incheon~Nha Trang route will operate four times a week (Wed, Thu, Sat, Sun) from December 1 to December 20, and then increase to daily flights starting December 21, entering the full winter peak season. The flight schedule departs Incheon Airport at 20:40 local time and arrives in Nha Trang at 00:10 the next day, with the return flight departing Nha Trang at 01:10 the following day.
The Incheon~Vientiane and Chiang Mai routes will also resume sequentially. First, the Incheon~Vientiane route, connecting to Laos, known as a backpacker's paradise, will operate once daily starting December 1, departing Incheon Airport at 20:05. The return flight departs Laos at 01:10 local time the next day and arrives at Incheon Airport at 08:05. The Incheon~Chiang Mai route will operate four times a week (Wed, Thu, Sat, Sun) starting December 1, departing Incheon Airport at 17:55, and will increase to daily flights from December 21.
The route to Sapporo, a representative winter travel destination in Japan, will also resume operations from Incheon on December 1 and from Busan on December 23. The Incheon~Sapporo route departs Incheon Airport daily at 08:35, while the Busan~Sapporo route departs Gimhae Airport daily at 10:00 and arrives at 12:30.
The Incheon~Okinawa route, where travelers can enjoy a warm winter, will operate daily. Okinawa, with its subtropical climate averaging over 20 degrees Celsius annually, unique history and culture, and the nickname "Hawaii of the East," offers a different atmosphere for travel in Japan. The Incheon~Okinawa route departs Incheon Airport daily at 10:10 and arrives in Okinawa at 12:30, starting December 1.
Jin Air stated, "We plan to continue adding new and resumed routes in line with the recovery of travel demand and will do our best to provide a more comfortable and safe air travel experience."
