Gwangju Seo-gu Successfully Hosts 'Integrity Concert' for Public Officials

[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Shin Dong-ho] Seo-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City (District Mayor Kim I-gang) announced on the 18th that it successfully concluded the Integrity Concert for employees on the 17th to promote an anti-corruption and integrity organizational culture.

The Integrity Concert, attended by about 70 newly appointed public officials this year, was designed as an entertaining performance including integrity talks and peppera performances, moving away from traditional lecture-style education.

In particular, topics such as the Conflict of Interest Prevention Act and the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act, which can be difficult to understand, were presented in a concert format that involved watching, listening, and participating together.

Along with this, real-time video education was conducted so that employees who could not attend on-site could watch through their PCs.

A Seo-gu official said, "We will continue to do our best to spread the culture of integrity through various integrity policies and become a Seo-gu trusted by citizens."
