[eGongsi Notice] LS Electric Wins Taiwan Urban Railway Project Contract

[Asia Economy Reporter Junho Hwang] In the morning disclosure on the 18th, LS ELECTRIC caught attention for successfully securing an urban railway power system project worth approximately 266.8 billion KRW in Taiwan.

According to LS Electric, the company was recently selected as the turnkey contractor for the Metro Yellow Line urban railway power system project worth 266.8 billion KRW (including VAT) ordered by the Kaohsiung City Urban Railway Bureau (KMRTB) in Taiwan. In this project, STEE, which oversees the E&M (railway system) business, signed a turnkey supply contract.

▲LS Electric = Won the urban railway power system project in Taiwan. The contract amount is 266.8 billion KRW, which corresponds to 10% of last year's sales. The contract period is until February 2034.

▲Celltrion = On the 17th, signed a technology implementation option contract to utilize the antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) linker-payload platform technology owned by Pinobio for up to 15 targets. The platform technology under this contract is in the early research stage and has completed cytotoxicity test verification. The technology platform verification will proceed through future animal efficacy and toxicity evaluations.

▲IL Science = Changed the head office location from 123-1 Maji-ro, Jungwon-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, IL Valley to 32 Jangsan-dong-gil, Susin-myeon, Dongnam-gu, Cheonan-si, Chungcheongnam-do, IL Science Cheonan Plant.

▲SL Bionics = Changed the largest shareholder from On Young-do to On Young-do and Lucid Holdings. Through paid-in capital increase payment, the largest shareholder changed from On Young-do (100% ownership) to On Young-do and one other (On Young-do 50%, Lucid Holdings Co., Ltd. 50%).
