[Asia Economy Reporter Myunghwan Lee] JTC announced on the 17th that it has decided to conduct a third-party allotment paid-in capital increase worth 50 billion KRW for the purpose of raising operating funds.
The number of new shares to be issued through this paid-in capital increase is 15,087,507 shares.
The third-party allotment recipient is Assentajeoho Samos Investment Limited Partnership. The company explained, "The recipient was selected considering the investor's payment capability, timing, and willingness to secure operating funds for achieving management objectives."
