Doosan Bobcat Acquires 40,000 Shares of Doosan Bobcat Korea for 120.2 Billion KRW

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Young-won] Doosan Bobcat announced on the 14th that it will acquire 40,000 shares of Doosan Bobcat Korea, its construction equipment sales affiliate, for approximately 120.2 billion KRW.

With this stock acquisition, Doosan Bobcat will hold 100% of the shares of Doosan Bobcat Korea. The scheduled date of stock acquisition is December 31.
