Ace Construction (CEO Kwon Bo-sik), known as a leader in knowledge industry centers, announced that it will sell the ‘Anyang Ace From’ knowledge industry center in Manan-gu, Anyang City this November.
Previously, Ace Construction signed a construction contract for the ‘Ace From Knowledge Industry Center New Construction’ with the developer Yungseong Development Co., Ltd.
The Anyang Ace From knowledge industry center will be built on a 7,555㎡ site in Bakdal-dong, Manan-gu, Anyang City, Gyeonggi Province, with 4 basement floors and 14 above-ground floors (total floor area of 70,528㎡).
This project is especially significant as it is implemented ahead of the Bakdal Smart Valley development, a key initiative promoted by Mayor Choi Max-ho of Anyang City. In the future, Anyang Ace From is expected to serve as the first gateway to the Smart Valley.
Moreover, it is anticipated to accommodate factory relocation demand due to the development of Siheung and Gwangmyeong new towns and to provide functions suitable for urban areas.
The complex’s own product value also draws attention. As the first mixed-use knowledge industry center in the Bakdal area of Anyang, it is differentiated by including manufacturing, office, warehouse, and neighborhood living facilities within the complex.
Excellent accessibility is another advantage, attracting attention for its easy use of the metropolitan transportation network via KTX Gwangmyeong Station, Seohaean Expressway, and Gwangmyeong Station IC.
