SolgoBio Exercises Convertible Bonds Worth 1.05 Billion Won

[Asia Economy Reporter Seongpil Cho] Solgo Bio announced on the 12th that convertible bonds without guarantee and with anonymous subscription rights worth 1.05 billion KRW out of the 11th series have been exercised for conversion rights. The converted shares amount to 2.1 million shares and are scheduled to be listed on the 27th of this month.
