[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Song Jong-gu] On the 11th, Goseong-gun, Gyeongnam held an appointment ceremony for 17 new public officials at the county office's main conference room.
At the event, County Governor Lee Sang-geun and senior officials attended to congratulate and encourage the rookie public officials taking their first steps in public service.
This new appointment is the first since the launch of the 8th elected administration and is expected to fill vacancies caused by retirements and leaves of absence, thereby providing better administrative services to the residents.
The newly appointed rookie public officials, totaling 17 across four job categories including administration and agriculture, will be assigned to the main office and eup/myeon administrative welfare centers to carry out their duties.
The county plans to operate organizational adaptation programs such as integrity education and tours of key facilities to help them successfully adapt to public service.
Governor Lee said, "I sincerely congratulate you on passing the difficult gateway and becoming part of the Goseong-gun family," adding, "Although there will be trial and error as this is your first time, please always perform your duties faithfully with integrity and humility for the residents."
