POSCO Engineering & Construction is conducting the first-priority subscription for 'The Sharp Gunsan Premier' today in Gunsan, Jeollabuk-do.
Along with the previously successfully supplied The Sharp Diocean City Phases 1 and 2, it is expected to form a large-scale The Sharp brand town of about 2,400 households, establishing itself as a landmark in Gunsan City. With smart homes enhanced by advanced technology attracting high attention from demanders, significant interest in the subscription is anticipated.
The subscription schedule for 'The Sharp Gunsan Premier' will be held on the Korea Real Estate Board's subscription homepage, with first-priority subscriptions on the 12th and second-priority subscriptions on the 13th. Winners will be announced on the 20th, and the official contract period will take place over four days from October 31 to November 3.
Regarding first-priority subscription eligibility, residents aged 19 or older living in Gunsan City and the Jeonbuk region who have held a subscription savings account for more than six months and meet the deposit requirements by region and area can apply for first-priority subscription regardless of household head status or number of owned houses. The sale rights can be transferred immediately upon contract, and it is relatively free from real estate regulations such as loans and taxes.
'The Sharp Gunsan Premier' is an apartment complex located in the Guam-dong area of Gunsan City, consisting of six buildings ranging from two basement floors to a maximum of 29 floors above ground, with a total of 704 units of exclusive areas 84㎡ and 109㎡. By exclusive area, it includes ▲228 units of 84㎡A ▲170 units of 84㎡B ▲96 units of 84㎡C ▲210 units of 109㎡, composed of popular medium to large types.
'The Sharp Gunsan Premier' features differentiated designs unique to 'The Sharp.' In particular, the complex will introduce 'Smart Home & Security,' a specialized product of The Sharp, for the first time in Gunsan to enhance resident safety, household security, and convenience.
The Smart Home & Security system applies the latest deep learning technology with facial recognition door phones and fingerprint recognition smart door locks for household access. It also includes a 13-inch large display smart wall pad and smart bathroom switches linked with IoT. This will upgrade in-house security and further enhance residents' safety and residential convenience.
Additionally, the complex's exterior will feature a distinctive facade with 'PosMAC Steel Art Wall' sidewall panels made from POSCO's premium steel materials, applied for the first time in Gunsan, along with LED landscape lighting to increase the complex's value.
'The Sharp Gunsan Premier' will also offer diverse landscaping and community facilities. The landscaping includes a children's water play area, a lifestyle water play space that brings joy to children and parents, 'THE Garden,' a specialized garden of The Sharp, 'Farm Garden' for vegetable gardening, 'Mirror Pond & Tea House,' and a children's playground. The community facilities are richly composed of a sports zone with fitness and indoor golf practice rooms, an education zone with a study room and book caf?, and a public zone featuring a kids house (daycare) and moms caf?.
Inside the units, a 'Care Room' for family members is applied in all households in front of the common bathroom, allowing private family life such as sitting to dry hair or apply makeup without going to the powder room in front of the couple's bathroom.
Moreover, depending on residents' needs, a biophilic terrace (optional/available in some types) can be selected, which can be used as an outdoor space for home training or camping and can be expanded as an indoor space according to lifestyle, making it usable as a leisure space for home training and more.
For residents' convenience, electric vehicle charging facilities will be installed, including POSCO Engineering & Construction's developed metered charging outlets on parking lot pillars. Meanwhile, the Guam-dong area of Gunsan City, where The Sharp Gunsan Premier is being developed, is recently called the Guam district along with the Gyeongam-dong area and is a region with high expectations for residential development due to the entry of large construction companies. Starting with the sale of 'The Sharp Gunsan Premier,' about 2,600 new apartment units will be built, forming a new residential town of over 11,000 households together with the existing 8,300 households in Jochon-dong Diocean City located just below the Guam district, attracting significant local interest.
The transportation environment is also favorable. Within a 300-meter radius, there are seven bus stops, making it convenient to move around Gunsan City.
