According to the business community on the 11th, Executive Director Kim married Ms. A, a former journalist from a comprehensive programming channel, earlier this year.

Ms. A, who is two years older than Executive Director Kim, graduated from Korea University and joined a comprehensive programming broadcaster in 2012, where she also worked as an anchor. It is reported that Ms. A resigned earlier this year due to marriage.

Hanwha Group confirmed, "It is true that they got married earlier this year."

Since February this year, Executive Director Kim has concurrently served as head of the New Business Strategy Office of the Galleria division at Hanwha Solutions, expanding his scope into the distribution business. Hanwha plans to spin off the Galleria division of Hanwha Solutions and newly list Hanwha Galleria in March next year.

In the business community, there is an analysis that through this spin-off, Executive Director Kim will take charge of the group's hotel, resort, and distribution businesses as part of the succession process.
