Although some are located in urban areas, they are mainly built in regions with excellent natural environments, making them useful products for consumers tired of city life to rest. Moreover, stable income generation is possible through management consignment companies.


The popularity of residential lodging facilities, which are suitable as second houses, is hot. In fact, last year, "Gold Class The Marina," which was sold in the Yeosu Ungcheon district, succeeded with an average competition rate of 271 to 1. This complex secured views of the South Sea, had unlimited resale rights, and was not included in the housing count, attracting much interest from second house buyers.


"Saint Johns Yangyang The Suite," located right in front of Naksan Beach in Yangyang-gun, Gangwon-do, is also drawing attention because it has the most suitable location and product value as a second house.

According to data from the Korea Tourism Data Lab, the number of visitors to Yangyang-gun from January to August this year was 11,642,912. Compared to 9,463,335 during the same period last year, this is an increase of 2,179,577 visitors. If this trend continues, it is highly likely to surpass the 15.23 million visitors recorded in 2020, the highest since the 2018 survey, setting a new record for the most visitors ever.


Meanwhile, "Saint Johns Yangyang The Suite," as a residential lodging facility, allows anyone aged 19 or older to apply without a subscription savings account. It is considered non-residential, so it is not included in the housing count, and there is no burden of acquisition tax surcharges or holding tax, and resale of pre-sale rights is possible.


Sales promotion centers are set up in two locations: Seoul and Gangwon-do.
