A Park 12 Times the Size of a Soccer Field... 'Iksan Junghung S-Class First Park' for Sale Iksan Jungheung S-Class First Park Rendering


The apartment complex 'Iksan Jungheung S-Class First Park,' developed as a private park special project in Iksan-si, Jeollabuk-do, is opening its model house and beginning full-scale sales.


The complex will be located in Mohyeon-dong 2-ga 1-5 area, Iksan-si, Jeollabuk-do, consisting of 8 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, with a total of 834 households, of which 795 households excluding rentals will be sold. The housing types include exclusive areas of 59㎡ (rental), 74㎡, 84㎡, and 99㎡.


Applications will be accepted starting with special supply on October 17, followed by first priority on the 18th, and second priority on the 19th. The announcement of winners will be on October 25, and the official contracts will be conducted over five days from November 7 to 11. Move-in is scheduled for September 2025.


Developed through the 'Iksan Moi Neighborhood Park Private Special Project,' Iksan Jungheung S-Class First Park boasts a pleasant residential environment. The Moi Park, which will be developed alongside the complex, covers approximately 90,000㎡, about 12 times the size of a soccer field. Especially, due to the Urban Park Sunset Policy implemented since July 2020, the rarity of parks has increased, making apartments developed through private park special projects highly popular in the sales market.


Near the complex, there is KTX·SRT Iksan Station and the intercity bus terminal, allowing convenient use of public transportation. Also, the location along Iksan-daero right in front of the complex facilitates easy access to downtown, and the Honam Expressway and Suncheon-Wanju Expressway are nearby, enabling fast travel by car.


Within a 1.5 km radius of the complex, all school districts including Iribukil Elementary School, Gohyeon Elementary School, Iribuk Middle School, and Namseong Middle and High Schools are available.


The proximity to workplaces is also notable. Near the complex, about 12,000 workers are employed in industrial complexes such as Iksan National Industrial Complex and Iksan 1st and 2nd General Industrial Complexes.


Various specialized designs have been applied. The small to medium-sized units mainly face south with a 4Bay layout (except some), enhancing lighting and ventilation. A smart IoT system is applied, allowing remote control of home appliances from outside. Additionally, the complex is designed as a car-free zone on the ground level and will include various community facilities such as an indoor golf practice range, fitness center, and reading room.


Iksan City is a non-regulated area, so regardless of home ownership, if you have been subscribed to a subscription savings account for more than six months and meet the required deposit, you qualify for first priority in subscription. Also, the exclusive 59㎡ (rental) and 99㎡ units are supplied 100% by lottery, and the 74~84㎡ units are supplied 60% by lottery, so even those with low subscription points have a chance to win, and resale of pre-sale rights is free.
