[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Newbility, an autonomous delivery robot platform led by CEO Lee Sang-min, announced on the 7th that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Goggo Network, a European autonomous vehicle and robot logistics specialist company, to innovate robot-based logistics services and enhance customer service.

The two companies plan to expand their collaboration points through close cooperation with logistics companies in the European region and jointly work on the operational processes of the robot-based delivery platform. They also plan to pilot delivery services using the autonomous robot "Newbee" primarily in urban areas of Spain.

Newbility, taking its first step in overseas pilot services, has been conducting various demonstration projects of robot delivery services focusing on urban areas, university campuses, and golf courses domestically. This year, alongside improving the performance of autonomous robots, it is establishing a stable robot mass production process and is also preparing for the commercialization of autonomous delivery services at major domestic golf courses within the year.

Lee Sang-min, CEO of Newbility, said, "Starting with the commercialization of services we are preparing this year, we will play a role in expanding the autonomous robot ecosystem by providing stable services not only domestically but also in the global market."
