Expansion of Internal Innovation Team 4th Term to Over 200 Members
National Participation Innovation Team Objectively Diagnoses Innovation Level and Issues
[Asia Economy Reporter Ra Young-cheol] Kangwon Land announced on the 7th that "starting in October, it will form an organizational culture diagnosis council and expand the operation of the internal innovation team to encourage all employees to participate in innovation."
Kangwon Land designated one representative from each department related to organizational culture diagnosis, totaling eight members, to form the organizational culture diagnosis council. They plan to conduct a survey targeting all employees to select improvement tasks and establish an implementation plan.
The fourth internal innovation team will also be expanded to about 200 members.
The Kangwon Land Innovation Growth Team stated, "Due to the nature of the business where customer service is emphasized, the importance of employee job satisfaction is also significant," adding, "Through the newly formed organizational culture diagnosis council and the expanded internal innovation team, we will derive operational plans that employees can empathize with."
Meanwhile, Kangwon Land plans to launch a 'National Participation Innovation Team' of about 100 people next month to objectively diagnose and improve the institution's level of innovation and issues.
Established based on the 'Special Act on Support for Development of Abandoned Mine Areas,' Kangwon Land operates the only casino among 17 domestic casinos that allows entry to Korean nationals, aiming to revitalize the economy of abandoned mine areas that have declined due to the downturn of the coal industry.
