DL Construction announced on the 30th of last month that it has opened the housing exhibition hall for ‘e-Pyeonhansesang Gumi Sangmo Trivenue’ and started the sales schedule.

e-Pyeonhansesang Gumi Sangmo Trivenue will be built in Sangmo-dong, Gumi-si, consisting of 6 buildings from 3 basement floors to 27 above-ground floors, with a total of 620 households and exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 116㎡.

The apartment features all units in medium to large sizes preferred in Gumi-si, with types including ▲84㎡ A 16 units ▲84㎡ B 259 units ▲84㎡ C 48 units ▲108㎡ 159 units ▲116㎡ 138 units.

The subscription schedule starts with special supply on the 11th, followed by first priority on the 12th and second priority on the 13th through the Korea Real Estate Agency’s subscription website. The winners will be announced on the 19th, and contracts will be signed over three days from the 31st to the 2nd of next month.
