On the 6th, the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul announced that they had arrested and were investigating a man in his 30s, identified as Mr. A, on the spot on the 30th of last month for violating the Stalking Punishment Act, obstruction of official duties, and damage to public property.
Mr. A is accused of obtaining the victim’s personal contact information posted on the front windshield of the victim’s car near Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, at the end of last month, and then sending messages and making phone calls.
