Starting from the 12th, anyone who is a member of Lotte Internet Duty Free can apply to attend the fan meeting.


[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Yuri] On the 6th, Lotte Duty Free announced the selection of TWICE as their model and revealed the full lineup of models who will participate in global marketing activities with Lotte Duty Free.


On the same day in the afternoon, Lotte Duty Free stated through their official Instagram that they will release video content featuring the new model group 'TWICE'. Starting with Lee Junho and aespa in August, followed by Super Junior and Stray Kids in September, these artists have sequentially joined as models for Lotte Duty Free. With the addition of TWICE, Lotte Duty Free's "luxurious global model lineup" has been finalized.


TWICE is a nine-member girl group that debuted in 2015 and has established itself as a top global girl group with numerous hit songs such as "Elegant," "TT," and "YES or YES." Their 11th mini-album released in August and its title track "Talk That Talk" have maintained their popularity by appearing on the Billboard 200 chart for five consecutive weeks. Since 2016, TWICE has been active as a model for Lotte Duty Free, participating in advertising campaigns and major events, and performed spectacularly at the Lotte Duty Free Family Concert until last year.


With the appointment of TWICE as a model, Lotte Duty Free has officially relaunched K-culture marketing with the new models. A fan meeting for singer and actor Lee Junho, who was selected as a Lotte Duty Free model in August, will be held. From the 12th, anyone who is a member of Lotte Internet Duty Free can apply for the fan meeting on the Lotte Internet Duty Free event page regardless of purchase amount. The fan meeting, titled "Lotte Duty Free Family Premiere with Lee Junho," is planned to be held in Seoul on November 19th with about 700 attendees.


The handprints of the newly joined models will be installed in the High Five Zone of the 'Star Avenue' at Lotte Duty Free Myeongdong Main Store. The Mirror Zone, where visitors can take photos with Lotte Duty Free models, will also be renovated. Star Avenue is an experiential Hallyu complex cultural space created with photos and videos of Hallyu stars, attracting about 2.9 million K-pop fans annually before COVID-19. Through this renewal of Star Avenue, Lotte Duty Free plans to continuously offer enjoyable experiences to visiting tourists.


Lee Sang-jin, Head of Marketing at Lotte Duty Free, said, "Lotte Duty Free will actively present various events with the new models in line with the transition to the endemic phase." He added, "As a leader in entertainment marketing, we will do our utmost to continue the Hallyu wave."
