MAN Truck & Bus Korea Appoints New Executive Vice President and Head of CSM

After-Sales & Service Expert 'Kirill Ageyev'

[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] MAN Truck & Bus Korea announced on the 4th that Kirill Ageyev will be appointed as Vice President of CSM effective October 1.

Kirill Ageyev, appointed as Vice President of CSM at MAN Truck & Bus Korea, is an expert in the related field with extensive experience in after-sales & service. He began his career in 2001 as a training officer for dealership service advisors at BMW Group Russia, moved to Volkswagen Group Russia in 2008 as an after-sales manager, and served as head of the after-sales department in 2014. Since 2019, he has been working as the head of after-sales at MAN Truck & Bus Russia.

While serving as head of after-sales at MAN Truck & Bus Russia, Kirill Ageyev greatly contributed to the company’s growth into a major market in Europe. Notably, he achieved significant accomplishments such as securing customer loyalty and greatly increasing parts market share and sales volume. In 2020, MAN Truck & Bus Russia ranked first in customer satisfaction surveys in the heavy truck segment.
