[Asia Economy Reporter Tae-min Ryu] The Korea Housing Construction Association announced that on the 6th of this month, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., it will conduct the "2022 Second Half Member Company Housing Business Practical Training" for practical workers of member companies nationwide at the CTS Art Hall located in Noryangjin-dong, Seoul.
This practical training will include lectures on topics such as "Explanation of the Sale Price Ceiling System," "Understanding and Practice of Small-scale Housing Maintenance Projects," and "Tax Accounting and Tax Risk Management for Housing Construction Businesses." In particular, regarding the "Sale Price Ceiling System," one of the biggest concerns for housing construction companies, the training will provide an easy-to-understand explanation of detailed contents such as the scope of application, calculation methods for housing sale prices, land costs, and construction costs.
Additionally, to enhance understanding of the "Small-scale Housing Maintenance Projects," a field of high interest among housing companies, the training will analyze related systems and characteristics, and provide practical lectures on maintenance projects through key points by project type and case studies. Furthermore, it will introduce housing-related tax management know-how reflecting the 2022 tax law amendments, as well as housing tax knowledge applicable to practical housing business sites.
President Jae-hong Park of the association stated, "We are pooling the association's capabilities to provide various support so that member companies nationwide can respond actively and efficiently to the rapidly changing housing business environment due to external variables and interest rate trends." He added, "In particular, we will focus on enhancing practical response capabilities in areas of high interest to member companies, such as real estate supplier systems, finance, and taxation, and will continue to expand practical training."
