[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yoon Jamin] The Jeonnam Fire Headquarters (Chief Kim Joil) selected a video from the Sinan Fire Station as the best work in the 2022 'Integrity and Intergenerational Empathy Video Contest.'
According to Jeonnam Fire on the 30th, this video contest was held with the theme of integrity and intergenerational empathy, with 20 fire stations in the province participating. One team was selected as the best, three teams as excellent, six teams as encouragement awards, and one team as an effort award.
The contest was organized to create an opportunity to understand the differences in perspectives between the older generation and the MZ generation by introducing a method where all employees watch and evaluate via YouTube and by having seniors and juniors participate together in the video production process.
The 20 works submitted to this video contest are scheduled to participate in the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission's integrity content competition.
Chief Kim Joil said, “I enjoyed watching the videos very much as they cleverly and emotionally depicted conflicts between generations and irrational organizational cultures,” and added, “We will continue to pay attention and make efforts so that intergenerational communication and an integrity culture can be established in Jeonnam Fire.”
