On the 30th, the online video service (OTT) Netflix announced that it has confirmed the production of the webtoon series 'Dakgangjeong' of the same name. Director Lee Byung-heon, known for 'Twenty' and 'Extreme Job', will direct.
'Dakgangjeong' is a comic mystery chase drama about father Seon-man trying to get back his daughter Mina, who mysteriously entered a machine one day and turned into dakgangjeong, and Baek Joong's desperate efforts who has a crush on him.
Ryu Seung-ryong plays Choi Seon-man, the owner of all the machines who tries to turn his daughter, who turned into dakgangjeong, back into a human. Ahn Jae-hong plays Go Baek-joong, an eccentric intern who has a crush on the owner's daughter Mina. Kim Yoo-jung makes a special appearance as Mina, who, thinking the mysterious machine is for fatigue recovery, enters it and turns into dakgangjeong.
