Mid-sized Housing Companies to Supply 9,064 Units in October October Sales Plan Status / Data = Korea Housing Builders Association

[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Seoyul] Thirteen mid-sized housing companies will supply a total of 9,064 housing units in October.


The Korea Housing Builders Association announced on the 30th that, based on a survey of member companies' housing supply plans for October, 13 companies will supply a total of 9,064 units across 17 projects. This represents an increase of 3,921 units compared to last month (5,773 units) and 2,684 units compared to the same month last year (6,380 units).


In the metropolitan area, a total of 706 units will be supplied. ▲Incheon 560 units ▲Gyeonggi 146 units will be supplied, while there are no supply plans in Seoul. In Incheon, Jeil Construction will supply 'Yeongjong O2 Grande First Ocean (338 units)' located in Unbok-dong, Jung-gu. In Gyeonggi, Daebang Construction will supply 'Dietre (146 units)' in Godeok-myeon, Pyeongtaek City.


In the provinces, 8,358 units will be supplied. The breakdown is ▲Daejeon 2,605 units ▲Gyeongnam 1,965 units ▲Jeonnam 1,489 units ▲Chungbuk 1,019 units ▲Busan 582 units ▲Ulsan 402 units ▲Daegu 296 units. In Daejeon, Woomi Construction and Buwon Construction will supply 'Daejeon Doan Woomirin Trishade (1,754 units)' in Doan 2-3 District, Yuseong-gu. In Gyeongnam, Lotte Construction will supply two complexes, 'Sahwa Park Lotte Castle (967 units and 998 units)' in Sahwa-dong, Uichang-gu, Changwon City.
