[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] CJ Freshway announced on the 30th that it has signed a business agreement with the Korea Social Welfare Corporation Daycare Center Association aimed at supplying safe food ingredients and fostering a healthy food culture in infant care and educational facilities.


According to the terms of the agreement, CJ Freshway plans to distribute healthy and safe high-quality food ingredients to over 1,200 childcare and educational facilities nationwide affiliated with the Korea Social Welfare Corporation Daycare Center Association. At the same time, it will provide comprehensive support services including administration, labor, and technical assistance to help enhance the operational sophistication of its clients' businesses.


To this end, CJ Freshway will offer various food culture education contents such as infant cooking classes and sensory experience-based educational programs. It will also promote administrative training for staff and management covering hygiene, nutrition management, labor, and legal affairs. Additionally, the company plans to focus on providing business solutions to improve the operational capabilities of individual facilities, including support for electronic document management systems specialized for childcare facilities.


Through its kids food specialty brand ‘Ainuri,’ CJ Freshway offers high-quality products such as ▲eco-friendly, organic, and GAP-certified agricultural products ▲seafood that has passed radiation tests ▲and antibiotic-free livestock products. Furthermore, CJ Freshway is conducting the ‘Let’s Eat Naturally’ campaign aimed at helping children eat healthy food on their own. As part of this initiative, a specialized team consisting of nutritionists certified as vegetable sommeliers and chefs specializing in infant food operates educational programs for client companies.
