GS Construction, which won the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Award in the smart housing sector, is leading the smart housing trend by being the first construction company to introduce a home network system and launching the industry's first community integrated service brand, ‘XIAN vie’.

Launched in 2020 and continuously expanding its service areas, XIAN vie is a service that fully reflects GS Construction’s innovation and philosophy in residential culture, combining trendiness and practicality. ‘XIAN vie’ is a compound word of ‘XIAN,’ meaning ‘people living in Xi,’ and the French word ‘vie,’ meaning ‘life’ or ‘living,’ signifying ‘a special life for people living in Xi.’ It focuses on the value of time and experiences residents spend within the apartment complex, aiming to go beyond simple community facilities to a community service that shares lifestyle culture content.

This is demonstrated by providing differentiated services through partnerships with other content companies. A representative example is the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in November 2020 to establish a CGV premium screening room within the XIAN community, and the construction of ‘CGV SALON,’ a premium screening room at the level of CGV Gold Class, in ‘Seocho Grand Xi.’ Residents can book movies through the smartphone ‘XIAN app’ and enter the screening room via contactless QR authentication, enjoying films comfortably in recliner seats spaced more than twice as far apart as in regular cinemas.

In addition, since launching XIAN vie, GS Construction has signed MOUs with leading companies in various industries such as CGV, Kumyoung Entertainment, Ourhome, Jaranda, Jjaekakakgeo, Noldam, Class101, Mobili, Green Car, Dogmate, Wayo, Cleaning Lab, and Car Wash King to provide various concierge services with partners.

The ‘XIAN AI Platform,’ jointly developed by GS Construction and XIAN S&D, is also a Fourth Industrial Revolution technology that can predict the future of XIAN apartments. The XIAN AI Platform goes beyond the existing home network by collecting various data generated within the complex through big data solutions and organically connecting with various partners to create new services.

By analyzing and predicting results derived from big data solutions, it continuously improves residents’ living environments and plans to develop various services such as A/S materials and interior services, shared vehicle services, healthcare services, laundry services, and kids care services by linking multiple platforms. Another feature of the XIAN AI Platform is its top-level security functions. It is a system where all communications within the complex are encrypted, firewalls exist between households, and only authorized devices can be used through the application of the XIAN authentication system.
