Inje University LINC3.0 Project Group and Department of Sports Healthcare Sign Exercise Prescription Agreement
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Wook] Miryang City in Gyeongnam is attracting attention by making every effort to manage citizens' health, including signing a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on March 28 with Miryang City Health Center, Inje University LINC3.0 Project Group, and the Department of Sports Healthcare and Exercise Prescription.
The signing ceremony was held with key officials such as Cheon Jae-gyeong, Director of the Health Center, Park Tae-jin, Head of the Department of Sports Healthcare, and Professor Kim Dae-young in attendance.
Through this business agreement, Miryang City Health Center plans to establish a more professional and scientific exercise prescription system to provide customized exercise prescription programs based on physical condition and exercise ability measurements for the general public.
Additionally, based on experimental research data, the city will organically cooperate with the university to develop exercise manuals and health improvement exercise programs that chronic disease patients can practice in daily life, thereby promoting lifelong health management projects for citizens.
A health center official stated, “We plan to continuously collaborate with specialized institutions to establish a professional and systematic health management system and provide various exercise programs.”
