[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Choi] Naver Cloud announced on the 29th the launch of ‘MARKETPOT,’ an e-commerce service that supports integrated market management for small to medium-sized e-commerce sellers.
MARKETPOT is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) based integrated market management service that provides functions necessary for online sales. It can be conveniently used by anyone, including small and medium-sized enterprises and individual sellers, who consider stable business operation and expansion, through a cloud solution.
With just one login, MARKETPOT allows integrated management by linking product registration and modification, orders, inventory, and shipping status across connected markets. It can be linked with major online markets such as Naver Smart Store, 11st, Coupang, Gmarket, and Auction. Sellers can flexibly set prices according to circumstances and automatically collect orders by sales channel to quickly process everything from invoice registration to shipping without omissions. The collected shipping counts are compared with the number of stocked products to easily check inventory status. Customer inquiries are also collected at once for quick response, enhancing customer satisfaction, and it supports sending text messages and emails for marketing purposes.
There are no initial fees such as sign-up or installation fees, and when using the premium plan, there are no limits on the number of products registered per month or the number of linked orders. Additional costs apply if the basic monthly storage space of 80GB and data transfer of 200GB are exceeded or if additional services are linked for more efficient market operation.
Hansang Young, Executive Director of Strategy and Planning at Naver Cloud, said, “Through MARKETPOT, small and medium-sized businesses operating various online markets can also use Naver Cloud services to run their businesses. We will continue to expand the roadmap of diverse e-commerce specialized services by expanding linked markets and additional services and improving functions, while striving to enhance work efficiency and convenience for online sellers.”
