13 Startups Selected Across Various Fields Including Healthcare, Commerce, and Content
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Asan Nanum Foundation (Chairman Jang Seok-hwan) announced on the 29th that it has finalized the selection of 13 startup teams for the second half of 2022 at the entrepreneurship platform Maru (Maru180·Maru360).
Maru is located on Yeoksam-ro (Entrepreneur Street) in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and provides comprehensive solutions including infrastructure, networks, and education necessary for startups. Following the opening of Maru180 in April 2014, Maru360 was additionally opened in November last year.
The startups residing at Maru include ▲News ▲Disquiet ▲Digital Natives ▲Rootrix ▲Link Connection ▲Moonis ▲Bio Research AI ▲Brighton Corporation ▲Abeo ▲Curestream ▲Taper Labs ▲Payap ▲Helper Robotics, totaling 13 teams that were finally selected through screening.
The selected startups can use designated office spaces at Asan Nanum Foundation’s entrepreneurship platforms Maru180 and Maru360 for up to one year starting from October, with all necessary office furniture provided. All auxiliary facilities within Maru180 and 360, such as meeting rooms, lounges, shower rooms, nap rooms, seminar rooms, and event halls, are freely accessible. When using the kids zone at Maru360, free or discounted benefits are provided, and studio use for content production is also available for free through membership registration on the website.
