[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Jong-hwa] COGNET9, an AI specialist company under the Aju Group, announced on the 29th that it has signed a business agreement with Solve.Care, a healthcare blockchain platform company.
Through this agreement, both companies plan to establish a cooperative system to provide robust information security data solutions and smart healthcare services by leveraging their mutual expertise in blockchain technology, AI, and data.
The collaboration includes △ deriving mutual cooperation plans for Solve.Care's business model and technology to perform smart healthcare services △ jointly planning and designing a healthcare data platform to activate smart healthcare service projects domestically and internationally △ discovering joint business opportunities and establishing GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies for promoting smart healthcare service projects at home and abroad.
COGNET9 plans to analyze health information and personal data collected with clear consent from users and in compliance with security and regulations, providing personalized health management and related services through a smart healthcare platform. The company will collaborate with Solve.Care for the platform’s planning and design. Utilizing Solve.Care’s healthcare business processes and technological capabilities, which have already been validated overseas in the US and Europe, COGNET9 aims to provide stable smart healthcare services domestically.
Solve.Care will provide a blockchain platform that ensures safe and transparent interactions and transactions between parties by utilizing consent management functions for data requiring strict security, through its cooperation with COGNET9.
Han Sun-ho, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of COGNET9, stated, "To activate domestic smart healthcare services, we will provide a healthcare data platform that can collect and utilize related data more securely, and continuously improve services to meet customer needs."
