GH Supplies 38 Land Parcels in Hwaseong Dongtan 2, Godeok, and Dasan Districts

[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation (GH) will supply a total of 38 lots to the public in Hwaseong Dongtan 2 Housing Development District, Godeok International City Planning District, and Dasan New Town Jigeum District.

The supply target sites include ▲Hwaseong Dongtan 2 detached houses (with stores) 2 lots ▲Hwaseong Dongtan 2 detached houses (residential only) 6 lots ▲Hwaseong Dongtan 2 neighborhood living facilities 10 lots ▲Hwaseong Dongtan 2 neighborhood commercial 5 lots ▲Hwaseong Dongtan 2 kindergarten sites 2 lots ▲Hwaseong Dongtan 2 urban support facilities 1 lot ▲Godeok New Town detached houses (with stores) 5 lots ▲Godeok New Town religious sites 2 lots ▲Dasan New Town office sites 5 lots.

The expected supply prices per 3.3㎡ are 9.3 million to 9.9 million KRW for detached houses (with stores), around 6.5 million KRW for detached houses (residential only), around 11.5 million KRW for neighborhood living facilities, around 13.5 million KRW for neighborhood commercial sites, around 8.5 million KRW for kindergarten sites, around 5.5 million KRW for urban support facilities sites, around 7.8 million KRW for religious sites, and 12.3 million to 13.5 million KRW for office sites.

Detached houses (with stores), neighborhood living facilities, neighborhood commercial sites, and office sites will be awarded to the highest bidder through competitive bidding. Other sites will have the final successful bidder determined by lottery.

Hwaseong Dongtan 2 District is adjacent to the Gyeongbu Expressway and local roads, and a tram is planned, making transportation access convenient. Godeok District has large-scale apartment complexes nearby, and Dasan District has government offices and large-scale apartment complexes nearby, providing abundant demand in the surrounding area.

Bidding applications for Hwaseong Dongtan 2 and Godeok sites are available only online through the GH land sales system on October 7, and for Dasan New Town sites on October 13. The successful bidders will be announced on the day of application.
