The complex is being developed in Jangsa-dong, Sokcho-si, Gangwon-do, consisting of 14 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 4 above-ground floors, with a total of 228 households and exclusive areas of 84 to 101㎡. It is divided into 11 types according to the preferred floor area, duplex, and presence or absence of terraces.

The terraces feature specialized designs such as duplex, rooftop, and sunken types. High ceiling heights and wide usable areas enhance space efficiency. The terrace and attic structures provide up to 241.65㎡ based on an exclusive area of 84㎡, allowing for a space approximately three times larger than the exclusive area. It also provides easy access to famous tourist spots such as Yeongnangho Lake, Sokcho Tourist Fishery Market, and Sokcho Beach, which attracted about 920,000 visitors this year.

A sales representative stated, "Recently, the demand for terrace houses has been increasing," adding, "Sokcho Heriot The228, located in Sokcho, a representative domestic tourist destination, offers differentiated product value and living infrastructure compared to other terrace houses, attracting continuous inquiries not only from actual users but also from investors."

Meanwhile, HNIC was established by Jung Dae-sun, grandson of the late Honorary Chairman Chung Ju-yung of Hyundai Group, and changed its name from Hyundai BS&C.
