Hanwha Solutions to Convene Shareholders Meeting on October 28

[Asia Economy Reporter Eunju Lee] Hanwha Solutions will convene a shareholders' meeting on October 28.

According to the Financial Supervisory Service's electronic disclosure system on the 28th, Hanwha Solutions announced that it will hold an extraordinary shareholders' meeting (48th term) on October 28 at 10 a.m. in the Royal Ballroom (2nd floor) of the Royal Hotel on Myeongdong-gil, Seoul.

The agenda of the shareholders' meeting is the audit report. Proposed agenda items include partial amendments to the articles of incorporation, appointment of directors, and the physical division of the Advanced Materials Division.

At the meeting, shareholders can exercise their voting rights not only by written ballot but also by using the electronic voting system. Electronic voting can be accessed by searching for Samsung Securities electronic voting.

The electronic voting period is from October 18 to 27. During this period, the system is accessible 24 hours a day. However, shareholders must choose to exercise their voting rights by either written ballot or electronic voting, not both.
