Jeongeup-si to Host 'Jeong Dongha & Ali Concerto' on the 14th of Next Month

[Jeongeup=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Jaegil] Jeongeup City, Jeonbuk Province, will hold an invited performance of excellent works titled “Immortal Classics, Jeong Dongha & Ali Concerto” at 7 p.m. on the 14th of next month at the Jeongeupsa Arts Center, in collaboration with the Korea Culture and Arts Centers Association.

According to the city on the 28th, this performance was selected as part of the “2022 Nationwide Cultural Sympathy Project with Arts Centers” and is a concerto performance featuring a 35-member orchestra collaborating with the human voice.

The performance will feature Jeong Dongha, South Korea’s top luxury vocalist known for his deep sensitivity and top-class technique, and singer Ali, loved by the public for his sophisticated voice and overwhelming high notes, delivering the best live performance.

Both singers have gained recognition and popularity through the popular entertainment program “Immortal Songs.”

Under the powerful and delicate baton of conductor Yoon Seungup, the Asian Classic Culplayers Orchestra, a pioneer in popularizing classical music, will present a lively performance that is expected to deeply move the audience.

Ticket reservations can be made through Ticketlink starting at 2 p.m. on the 29th.

This performance is open to anyone from elementary school students and older, with all seats priced at 10,000 KRW. Up to four tickets can be purchased per person.

However, national merit recipients, persons with disabilities, basic livelihood security recipients, multicultural families, and those aged 65 and older can enjoy the performance at a 50% discounted price.

A city official stated, “We will continue to hold diverse cultural performances to promote the development of local culture and arts and improve the quality of life for citizens,” adding, “We hope all citizens can enjoy the joy of art and happiness through culture.”
