[Asia Economy Reporter Seongpil Cho] An internet broadcaster (BJ) who visited the residence of Kwon Do-hyung, CEO of Terraform Labs, claiming to have suffered billions of won in losses due to the crash of cryptocurrencies Luna and Terra, has been summarily indicted.

According to the legal community on the 27th, the Seoul Eastern District Prosecutors' Office summarily indicted BJ A on the 23rd with a fine of 1 million won. A summary indictment is a procedure in which the prosecution requests the court to impose a fine or penalty through written review instead of a formal trial. A formal trial is also possible if the parties or the court wish.

A is accused of trespassing into the common entrance of the apartment where CEO Kwon resides in May this year and ringing the doorbell of his home. He had previously stated on AfreecaTV's coin-specialized broadcast, "I fully purchased 2 billion won worth of Luna," and admitted, "It is true that I went to see Kwon Do-hyung." He also urged Kwon to officially apologize and announce a compensation plan.
