Maniker F&G Launches Moist and Tender 'Milk-Aged Chicken Breast'

[Asia Economy Reporter Hyungsoo Park] Maniker F&G has launched two new chicken breast products that reflect the consumer trend of consuming healthy meat, combining taste, convenience, and cost-effectiveness.


Maniker F&G created the new products as refrigerated items that do not require thawing, allowing modern consumers who pursue healthy eating habits and convenience to enjoy them easily without strong flavors. The chicken odor was eliminated through milk aging, preserving the original taste of the chicken breast.


The milk-aged chicken breast comes in two types: an original product that preserves the natural flavor of the chicken breast and a black pepper version with a rich pepper taste. Both products use 100% domestically sourced chicken breast, aged in milk at low temperature for 12 hours to remove the unique odor of chicken meat.


A Maniker F&G representative said, "We will continue to expand the product line so that chicken breast can be easily used for simple dishes or salads that consumers can prepare themselves."
